What is "Nada-no-Kiippon"? | |||||

"Kiippon" is defined as the Junmai sake produced only in the same brewery. And "Nada-no-Kiippon" is the most famous one produced only in Nada, which is the most renowned sake-producing area. Kiku-Masamune is the finest representative of "Nada-no-Kiippon".  |
